Return and Refund Policy

At Urbane Elegance, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is exceptional. However, we understand that there may be instances where you wish to return a garment. We've outlined our return policy below to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Exchange and return policy :

  • Bumper Sale products are not eligible for size exchange and returns. 

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Please note that all items purchased through Snapmint (EMI) are not eligible for returns; only exchanges are allowed.
  • No returns are applicable once an exchange request has been initiated.

  • Certain sale items and damaged products are not eligible for return

Handling Fee:

  • A nominal handling fee of Rs. 150/- will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return. This fee covers the cost of processing and handling your return.

Return Process:

  • Initiate the Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@urbaneelegance.in or you can also place a return request here 

  • Packaging: Please ensure that the garment is securely packaged with all original tags and packaging included.

  • Logistics Assistance: Urbane Elegance will provide assistance with the logistics for the return. Our designated courier partner will arrange a pickup from the address where the garment was delivered.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment:
    • Payments made through prepaid mode (credit/debit cards, online payment methods) will be refunded directly to the bank account used for the purchase.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) order refunds will be provided as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
    • Once your returned garment is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days. 

Damaged or Defective Garments:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective garment, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please capture a video and share it with us at support@urbaneelegance.in for review. If approved, an exchange will be provided.
